T-Hall

T-Hall

In Neustadt an der Dosse, a dream comes true for many school pupils: riding as a school subject. The ‘riding at school’ project was founded at the Prinz-von-Homburg secondary school in 2001 in cooperation with the Brandenburg Main and State Stud Foundation, the Amt Neustadt (Dosse) council, the Berlin-Brandenburg State Association for Equine Sports, and the state of Brandenburg’s Ministry for Education, Youth and Sport.

Built in 2005 and 2006 especially for this unique project, the T-hall features integrated glass classrooms and is intended for the training of school pupils. Its T-shaped architecture connects two riding spaces.

Around 100 pupils are currently in the special class or riding programme for secondary level II.

To have riding as a school subject is a dream. We are ideally supported here and prepared for the future in competitive sport. – Lisa, special class equitation
