Graf von Lindenau Hall

Graf von Lindenau Hall

Carl Heinrich August Graf von Lindenau was the founder of the Prussian stud programme and was tasked by Friedrich Wilhelm II to set up the Neustadt stud in 1787. That’s why the multi-purpose arena built on stud property in 1999 carries his name.

It is home to the international CSI Neustadt (Dosse) riding tournament and other events such as the popular Neustadt Christmas gala and the annual stallion licensing event ‘Schaufenster der Besten’ held by the Brandenburg-Anhalt horse breeding association.

Lindenau Hall also hosts the stud’s coach collection. A large exhibition presents countless impressive coaches, sleighs and carriages from various historical eras. All vehicles are in excellent condition: they have either been well kept or lovingly restored. They are ready for use at all times, and some are also presented to the large audience at the stallion parade.
